A note to our Stakeholders

"Construction is the art and science to form objects, systems or organizations" [1].
The level of construction that we form together has a lengthy process requiring extensive expertise; ranging from finance, legal, procurement, design, on-site construction, supply, commissioning and handover to maintenance as well as demolition. Under this lengthy range of expertise, there are countless variables and processes to construct large, complex projects and even more difficult when working under the old adage of ‘on time and on budget’.

Let’s face it, construction is challenging work.
​So when we founded this firm to build Energy Solutions with you, we wanted a business culture based on the understanding that construction work is challenging and if we can get really good at the art and science behind it, that challenge could be fun - so as a team we decided, 'let's take it on!'.
​
For us, the fun is what energizes us to hustle for a creative solution and to work extra hard to achieve a great results.
So yeah, you can say our culture is based on fun – but that doesn’t mean bean bag chairs and lava lamps; we start with clear and standardized processes designed around successful construction practices. Through these standardized processes, we can act quickly, comfortably and confidently with you while also focusing on creative and detailed oriented solutions – which we think is the fun part. We call this process ‘Better â–ª Brighter â–ª Together’ which you can learn more about under 'How we Build’.
Still, process alone isn’t enough which is why we put great stock in our people – energetic, smart, entrepreneurial people from diverse background with creative approaches to work, play and life. We strive to maintain an open culture where everyone is a hands-on contributor and is comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas and giving opinions. Our culture is designed to encourage strong interactions between you, us and our mutual partners to spark conversation about work as well as play.
